Welded Fabricated Fittings
The most common Heat fusion technique is used for manufacturing HDPE Segmented / Welded fittings. Butt fusion technique is used for manufacturing the Welded HDPE fittings. It uses a heating plate on the angle edged square finished end of the HDPE pipes. After the standard fusion time, the plate has been removed and gives mechanical pressure to create a bonding in between the polymers and then cooled under pressure.
